How do I check availability and book my experience?
You can view live availability and book in by clicking on the “Book now!”-button at the top of this page. Choose the date and time of your preference and available times and the number of spaces available will then be displayed, after which you fill in your personal details and complete payment in order to confirm your reservation. You will receive a confirmation email within minutes, if not, please make sure to check your spam folder and mark us as “safe” as you will also receive an important reminder email.
When should I arrive?
You should check in 10 minutes before your session start-time.

Do I need to be able to swim?
Some swimming ability is required. The kids will always be provided with a buoyancy aid, which will keep the afloat regardless of ability to swim. Our sit-on top kayaks are extremely stable
Do I need prior kayaking experience?
Not at all, these sessions are designed for kids who have never kayaked before.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes, the minimum age for is 7. Children of 7 & 8 years old need to be accompanied by an adult
Are there weight/height restrictions?
The combined total weight restriction for our double kayaks is approximately 200kg / 32 stone. There are no height restrictions on our experiences.
Will we be in single/double/triple kayaks?
These sessions are ran in double and triple kayaks for the purpose of games. Guides have the final say on the day if they feel any changes have to be made to make sure the whole group has a great experience.
Can the guide share a kayak with one of my children?
Unfortunately, this is not a possibility, as our guides will always have to paddle in their own single kayak.
Do minimum numbers apply for the experience to go ahead?
Yes, a minimum of 6 participants must be booked in for this experience to go ahead. If this is not the case we will be in touch to reschedule.
